Throwing Sticks at Mangos

In 2009, Community Arts Workshop were commissioned by London-based Charity Kinship, to produce a documentary film in Madagascar. Kinship is made up of a group of established artists, engineers and educators who work in partnership with organisations and communities to create imaginative play opportunities for children - regionally, nationally and internationally.

The Community Arts Workshop followed Kinship artists as they worked with a small community in rural Madagascar to build a play space at a local school. 'Throwing Sticks at Mangos' documented Kinship’s work in Madagascar and the impact this had on the local community.
