Friendly Fire

'Friendly Fire' tells the story of a Pakistani and a Somali boy, whose friendship is tested when rivalries between the two communities come to a head. This tale of friendship, violence and betrayal was participatively produced by a group of young Pakistani and Somali Muslims as part of the Coventry Mysteries 2010 festival. Through a series of workshops, improvisation and script development, the group created a powerful and emotive drama film, which The Higgs Charity refered to as "a knockout".
