Fran's vision

The Leamington Courier ran a half-page article in its 6 February 2009 on Fran's vision for the future use of the Old Library and Gallery. There is a version of the article available on their website.

The objective is for both buildings to become a centre of creativity, targeted at people with mental health problems and other vulnerable groups. There would be enough space for artists' studios, creative businesses, workshop rooms for arts, music and digital media, plus acafe.
