Leamington Lantern Parade 2011
The first Leamington Lantern Parade took place on Thursday 8th December 2011, with families and children carrying their lanterns from Christchurch Gardens down The Parade to the front of the Town Hall. The procession was accompanied by Christmas carols led by the Baptist Church Choir and the Royal Spa Brass Band. The event was a great success.

In the month leading up to the parade CAW ran four lantern building workshops in the Old Gallery, helping people build and decorate their lanterns. We've added photos from the first workshop plus some photos of the parade to our website on this page.
