Is the Grass Greener?

'Is the grass greener?' is a short film with a big heart! Produced, directed, filmed and edited by young people with learning disabilities, the film takes a comical look at the issues surrounding climate change and the need for social integrity and self-sustainability in a supportive and wholesome community. In a world where many of societies most excluded groups are struggling to understand the importance of issues such as climate change, 'Is the grass greener?' will provide the perfect antidote to the mainstream press, as it charts one man's quest for the truth as he turns from environmental cynic to saviour!

'Is the grass greener?' was produced in 2009 in association with In2Theatre and was funded and supported by the Lottery through the UK Film Council?s First Light Movies initiative.
